We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in Camden Park. We are looking for the suitable candidate to work from our office two days a week with the opportunity to work increased hours. Willing to discuss hourly rate based upon relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with XERO accounting standards.
- SERVICEM8 database scheduling jobs and tasks.
- Ability to learn and develop the SERVICEM8 database.
- Manage Account Payable & Receivable, including credit card reconciliation and bank account reconciliation.
- Liasing with various external service providers to the business.
- Enter supplier invoices and invoice clients promptly and accurately.
- Conduct month-end reconciliations for all accounts and bank accounts.
- Record all financial transactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Process staff pays and monitor/reconcile customer accounts.
- Maintain and further develop the business CRM database.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
- Contribute and participate in Toolbox meetings.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills, with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, efficient, team-oriented approach.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting requirements, including GST, Payroll, and Payroll administration.
- Ability to work autonomously and multitask effectively.
- Resourcefulness in problem-solving and decision-making.
Essential Experience
- Experience using Xero
Desirable Experience
- SERVICEM8 scheduling database is highly favourable.
