About the role:
As our Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing payroll processes and reviewing timesheets
- Maintaining prepayments
- Managing internal accounts
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Handling credit card purchases
- Producing and sending invoices
- Data analysis
- Reviewing documentation with the Accounts and Payroll Supervisor/Accounts Officer
- Record keeping and filing/scanning
About You:
You are someone who enjoys continuous learning and holds a qualification in accounting. You possess:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- The ability to work independently, are organised, and prioritise competing demands
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A curious and analytical mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Experience in using technology to automate and streamline processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
