Bronze Business is a specialist bookkeeping practice working with many different businesses across Australia. In our partnership with Custom Data Solutions, we have the opportunity to represent and support both Long Day Care and Outside School Hours Care Childcare Centres. We are seeking a full-time experienced bookkeeper to join our growing business. This position is to be fully responsible for our selected client’s Accounts Payable, Payroll and Bookkeeping.
We have a wonderfully diverse and dynamic team all having the advantage of Working from Home.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing service delivering bookkeeping services and making a positive difference in the Childcare Industry.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience using Xero is required/MYOB desirable but not required
- Experience in providing a full range of bookkeeping services including automated processing, AR, AP, payroll, BAS, Superannuation, business operations reporting and advisory
- Experience in the Childcare Industry is desirable but not required
- Possess a Cert IV Bookkeeping or above
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Payroll Knowledge - Payroll, Super, Entitlements, Workcover Payroll Tax.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Tasks & responsibilities
- Accounts Payable
- Payroll Processing
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Balance Sheet and GST Reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Preparing Monthly and Quarterly BAS
- Demonstrate high-level bookkeeping knowledge to file to completion.
- Willing to apply for an official police check.
