The Butterfly Bookkeeper has been operating in the Campbelltown / Macarthur area for over 9 years, providing a range of bookkeeping and training services to small business clients.
We are looking for a Full Time Bookkeeper who is available to work 5 days a week from our office in Smeaton Grange.
Some onsite work may be required at client offices within the Macarthur Region.
Tasks will be predominately - AP, AR, Banking, Monthly/Quarterly reporting and Payroll Management incl Super Management.
What we are looking for is someone who:
- MUST have a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping
- Has at least 1 years experience working in a bookkeeping role for multiple clients.
- Is able to demonstrate their bookkeeping experience using MYOB, QBO or Xero
- Is able to demonstrate their GST and Payroll experience using MYOB, QBO or Xero
- Strong Excel and Microsoft office skills
- Has a passion for numbers
- Great attention to detail
- Has a proven ability to problem solve, be curious and inquisitive
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritise work
- Is committed, self-motivated and resourceful
- Has a positive approach to technology and is willing to learn related apps our clients integrate with their accounting software.
- Be willing and able to sit a Xero speed and skills test as part of our recruitment process.
