Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and process payroll
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reports
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Currently enrolled in university or recent graduate in a related field
- Flexible work schedule (2 to 3 days per week)
