Description:
Our Club is seeking a motivated future leader to join our team. The successful applicant will be trained in all facets of our business including the accounting and administration functions. We expect that you would have recently completed a business studies program and are keen to build a career.
You will be mentored by an experienced team. The aim is that you will eventually manage a team of 3 and be responsible for the following functions.
- Processing of daily cash reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable
- BAS, Payroll tax and other statutory requirements
- Month-end reconciliations
- Production of financial statements
- Payroll supervision
- Ad Hoc tasks and projects that are part and parcel of managing a dynamic and successful business
Requirements & Skills:
- A proven high achiever
- Potential to be a leader
- Undertaking or have completed business studies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (solid exposure to Excel desirable)
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be a resourceful and proactive problem solver
- Excellent organisational skills
- A positive customer service attitude
