You will be working with high-net wealth clients daily and assisting them with information on their personal and business accounts with BAS and Tax returns. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Administrator seeking a pathway to an Executive Assistant role!
Duties:
- Assisting the General Manager with setting up employees' desks/ screens etc and making sure they are functional
- Collating of leave requests
- Organising internal company events
- Issuing quarterly PAYG instalments through smart docs
- Attend to ASIC payments on behalf of clients
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks as required to assist the team
- Assist in coordinating and reviewing marketing content, including proofreading, editing, and ensuring brand consistency
- Data input and reconciliations
- Staff request for Xero charges and adjustments to invoices
- Extensive knowledge of ASIC and ATO
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Teams and web-based communication platforms
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and willingness to assist across all aspects of office administration
