- 12 month FTC.
- $70-80k plus super.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
- Day-to-day Bookkeeping.
- Payroll; Payroll processing, Timesheet collation, superannuation, STP, Payroll Tax.
- End to end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Management of General Ledger.
- Processing superannuation.
- Data Entry for Credit Card expenses.
- Credit card and bank reconciliation.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide insightful financial analysis.
Administration:
- General office management.
- Ordering office supplies and stationary.
- Scheduling and planning.
- Adhoc admin duties.
Key Requirements:
- Formal Bookkeeping qualification preferrable.
- Minimum of 5 years' prior experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel.
- Experience with XERO and ideally experience with ConnectWise.
- Experience with payroll processing - small-medium size
- Flexibility with working hours and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands.
- MUST have Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship.
