AddressMouritz Air-conditioning & Solar are Perth's longest established family run business for the past 47 years. We operate from three Perth locations providing home owners award winning Air-conditioning & Solar sales, Installation and repair/service solutions. We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team at our Willetton head office.
Key Responsibilities
- End to End Accounts Receivable
- All aspects of Accounts Payable
- Fortnightly Payroll Function
- Weekly and monthly reconciliations
- Month end processes
- Ensure all aspects of the finance department and processes are being followed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- General administration duties
Experience & Knowledge
To be successful in this role you will need the following credentials
- A minimum of 3 years experience in AR, AP and payroll
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent outgoing personality
- Ability to work and maintain performance in a pressured environment
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
