About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of a Site Administrator to join our esteemed client's team, based in Karratha. This position is full-time, on an 5:2, 4:3 roster for 6 months.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Central and individual Administrators Mailbox
- Book travel arrangements
- Support site operations on an administrative level
- Order and monitor supplies inventory
- Maintain department spreadsheets
- On-board new starters and contractors
- Raise purchase and service orders as required
- Answer phone calls and provide customer service
- Manage electronic and hard-copy filing systems
- Ensure timely and accurate communication within the site
- Engage stakeholders and handle customer service inquiries effectively
- Collaborate with administrative team for efficient site operations
- Maintain safety standards and support team objectives
Skills and Experience:
- C class driver's licence
- SAP experience
- Strong communication abilities
- Advanced MS skills
- 3+ years experience in administration or similar roles
- Exceptional customer service aptitude
- Motivation to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
