Bookkeeper/Office Admin Permanent Part-Time
This is an amazing opportunity to join an exciting boutique marketing and events agency with Blue-Chip clients.
We are looking for a switched-on, experienced bookkeeper responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping tasks and office admin with excellent communication skills who will support and connect with the team.
- A part-time position of up to 3 days a week is needed & Flexible hours are available.
- This role requires a high level of organisation and efficiency.
- Bank and credit card reconciliation & Data input to general ledgers using Reckon Hosted.
- Maintenance of records, analysis, and spreadsheets
- General ad-hoc tasks revolving around administration and bookkeeping. Correspondence, filing, etc.
- Payroll
The Candidate
To be successful, you will have the following:
- Experience/ understanding using Reckon/QuickBooks.
- Experience working as a bookkeeper or Accounts Officer.
- A focus on providing excellent service through effective communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Strong Microsoft computer skills (Excel, Word & Outlook).
- Comfortable working autonomously.
- Highly trustworthy and reliable.
This role would suit an experienced bookkeeper, someone returning to work who can work 3 days a week within an extremely flexible firm in Melbourne City CBD.
