We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper or accounting professional to join our team as a Bookkeeping Team Leader in delivering bookkeeping solutions to our clients. Role
As a Bookkeeping Team Leader, you will be responsible for autonomously coordinating a team of bookkeepers to deliver a range of high quality bookkeeping services to a portfolio of clients. Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supervising a team of bookkeepers
- Managing a range of bookkeeping services for a client base, including recording and reconciling
- Preparing activity statements
- Assisting clients with cash flow management, including accounts payable and receivable functions
- Processing payroll
- Compiling management reports
- Providing bookkeeping technical support
- Training clients and team
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will be an experienced bookkeeper who:
- Demonstrates leadership in managing their responsibilities
- Has experience in managing a team
- Has experience in managing multiple clients
- Can build rapport and trust with clients and team alike
- Has extensive experience in using Xero, with Xero certification preferred
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
