You will join a tenured team of individuals in a dynamic office environment where you will work closely alongside production and sales estimators led by a production team leader. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company who encourages employees to push boundaries and bring their ideas to life.
The Role
- Assess project requirements and produce comprehensive BOQ's
- Updating and maintaining the BOQ database
- Work on volume, wholesale and investment products
- Assisting with procurement and acquiring new suppliers
- Using Databuild
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
What You Need
- 3+ years' experience estimating for a volume builder
- Communication skills and confidence in procurement
- Experience using Databuild
- Strong attention to detail
