Bottle Shop Manager - Liquor Legends

McGuire Hotels is a family owned and operated group consisting of 11 hotels throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We are currently seeking self motivated individual to run our Liquor Legends Bottle shop located at the Paddington Tavern.

The duties and responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to,

• Stock Ordering
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to implement and follow Liquor Legends Retail Program 
• Stock control, presentation and rotation.
• Weekend and public holiday work

Required Experience,

• Must have minimum 1-year previous experience.
• Craft Beer knowledge.
• Wine knowledge.
• RSA certificate
