Chef de Partie | The Paddington The Venue The traditional neighbourhood pub has been reimagined. Part-pub, part-restaurant, part-cocktail bar, The Paddington has its own distinct style, walk into the front bar for a snack and a beer, or head into the back to settle in for a more traditional restaurant style of service, the venue also boasts a private dining room for functions and events. Guided by Executive chef Ben Greeno, the menu is formed around the custom rotisseries lining the back wall of the open kitchen. The Paddington is best known for serving up juicy sticky-skinned chickens, rotisserie meats, fish and vegetables. Everything at the Paddington is made in house with local seasonal produce. The Role As a CDP, you will take real ownership of a section, guiding junior chefs and having a good overall understanding of different sections in the kitchen.
