We are currently seeking a Bottleshop Assistant to join our team at The Marryatville Hotel.
Reporting to the Bottleshop Manager we are looking for a customer experience focused individual with strong product knowledge and proven skill regarding stock management control, playing a critical role in maintaining store presentation and activating promotions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the selection of stock and organisation of ordering, cost controlling and waste management of products
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder, client and supplier relationships
- Financial performance of the business with a focus on driving a sales performance culture
- Maximising presentation and merchandising of products and other initiatives
- Effective stock management control and promotion of loyalty programs
- To lead by example and ensure all Hotel procedures are adhered to
- Manage time through effective planning to maintain a high level of productivity.
About you
- A customer and team focused approach
- A good, clear communicator
- Flexibility to work rotational rosters, public holidays and weekends.
- Experience in a previous drive-through Bottle Shop role or similar retail an advantage.
- Local and international product knowledge
- Basic Computer skills
- RSA
- Understanding of H&L advantageous
