Responsibilities:
- Driving sales and KPI results
- Training, developing and mentoring our team
- Managing the day to day of the boutique including rostering, inventory management and reporting
- Delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our KIVARI customer
- Greeting all visitors to the boutique
- Understanding and representing our brand to the highest standard
- Manage new stock deliveries
- Recruitment
- Visual Merchandising
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing or supervising a boutique
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Demonstrated skill in delivering results
- An influential leader
