Our Client: 

Our Client is a luxury group with a 50 year history & a number of retail boutiques spread across the APAC region. With a strong presence across ANZ, the group has representation across a number of global, luxury brands which they have in stunning Flagship Boutiques. 

The Role:

An incredible opportunity has become available for a Flagship Boutique Manager in Sydney CBD for one of the groups most beautiful luxury brands. The successful candidate will run the Boutique to the highest professional standards, advocating the products & igniting passion for the brand in clients & team members alike. Your incredible art of storytelling & excellent clienteling experience will allow you to educate & build a high performing team & culture, whilst managing & mentoring their performance. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, model & coach, based on client feedback, & elevate the client experience, ensuring the clients expectations are always delivered.
• Manage & motivate the team.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to drive client loyalty.
• Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales & service.
• Hire & develop talent to ensure a world class team, & create a best in class service culture.
• Train, coach & provide constructive feedback, using reward & recognition, as well as performance management processes to improve team engagement & performance.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years in a management role in a Premium OR Luxury Boutique / Brand
• Strong business & operational acumen
• Excellent clienteling ability with the strong foundations of story telling to educate the team on the same 
• Leadership: proven coach, mentor & team player who is trusted, professional & approachable 
• Good command of spoken & written English
• MUST HAVE full AUS work rights
