• 2-3 years of retail management experience in fashion apparel.

• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, train, and coach staff effectively.
• An in-depth understanding of KPIs and financial reports.
• A mature, individual, and caring approach to customers.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• The ability to drive profitability through sales analysis and strategic planning.
