Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Boutique Manager to spearhead the launch and operations of the new store in South Perth. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the fashion retail industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Offering a salary package of $66k with monthly bonus potential, team discount and an annual uniform allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing in-store experience.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective merchandising, customer engagement, and strategic sales initiatives.
- Customer Experience: Uphold the brand image by providing excellent customer service and cultivating lasting relationships with clients.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
