ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
If you like challenges, out-of-the-box thinking and teamwork, there is a rare and uniqueopportunity for you as we are currently seeking a high-performing Boutique Supervisorto lead Australia's No. 1 TAG Heuer Boutique in Sydney CBD.
Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the successful candidate will act as brand ambassador for our boutique in Sydney.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to maximising sales opportunities and developing potential clients, you will be:
- Driving the sales and results.
- Building collaborative working relationships with both customers and team members.
- Maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Ensuring excellent level of customer service reflected in your boutique and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Providing an unforgettable experience in store.
- Assisting with coaching and training the retail team. Provide all team members with all the necessary tools to perform their job: training, merchandising, display, incentives, catalogue, product assortments.
- Assisting with VIP nights and corporate events
- Assisting with management reporting on financials and performance as required.
- Inspiring the team to be in line with company and brand objectives
- Achieving business targets, KPI's and goals through providing exceptional customer service
- Implementing a culture of coaching in the store
- Supporting the Boutique Manager – performance management, motivation, training, recruitment and career development
- Suggest Incentive schemes which will motivate the team.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
At TAG Heuer, we are looking for talents who are creative, energetic, pragmatic, results-orientated and who balance well the 'think' and 'do'. While technical expertise is very important in everything we do, personality matters a lot to us: bring your own style & charisma!
To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:
- 2+ years of retail management experience
- Self-motivated
- Must possess a passion for retail, timepieces or jewellery
- Good luxury sense and Customer mindset
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The willingness to act as a brand ambassador
