You'll take the reins of an important branch in Regional Victoria - and really run with it. Leading a team of customer service and home finance sales professionals, this branch will feel like 'your' business. Which means you'll be invested in your people, your profitability - and most importantly, the experience each and every one of your customers has when they walk into your branch.

What do I need?
While some serious retail banking experience would be preferred, we'll still consider applicants who don't necessarily fit that bill - so long as they've had proven experience leading, coaching and motivating a team in sales and customer service. That last part's really important - as it's those candidates who have an innate ability to develop great relationships with our customers (and colleagues) that'll really make the biggest impact. Particularly if those relationships are the foundation of an incredible customer experience.
Banking know-how and tertiary qualifications in the field would also come in handy - and so too would any experience in implementing local sales, business acquisition and marketing plans.
