Role:
Kempe Engineering Morwell branch are seeking to employee an experienced Branch Administrator to support our Workshop Superintendent and Supervisors with the day to day running of our teams and maintenance workshop.
Job Tasks and responsibilities:
- Generating and administration of Purchase Orders
- Manage workshop supplier relationships to support the timely completion of work (sourcing of spare parts & specialist services)
- Daily communication with clients on their current job progress or planned works
- Processing of Delivery Dockets / Vendor invoices
- Weekly Processing of Invoices
- Daily Workshop Timesheet entry/ validation/ reconciliation
- Support daily safety processes and protocols
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports & KPI’s
- General Administration and electronic filing
- Fulltime Office Based
The person we are seeking will require the following:
- Cert IV Business Administration or similar (desirable)
- Previous experience in an Engineering/ Mechanical/Automotive service repair workshop environment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Workshop/ repair service
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Familiar with MS Office suite
- Be accurate and detailed
- Be well organised
- Be personable and enjoy working with others
