An opportunity now exists for a Branch Manager to join our Moranbah team. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day branch operations and logistics.
Reporting to the Regional Manager - Eastern, the key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- Management and development of the Moranbah team
- Environment, health & safety responsibilities
- Management of fleet logistics
- Providing customer quotations for rental and service
- Analysis of system generated exception reports
- Assist with monthly reporting
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory position
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Tertiary management qualification advantageous
- Superior customer service focus and sales acumen
- Experience working within the motor vehicle industry or an industrial services environment
- Experience with asset management of a mechanical nature would be advantageous
- Effective decision making and problem solving skills
- Current 'C' class drivers license is essential (MR or larger grade preferred)
