Key Responsibilities:
As our Branch Manager, you will:
- Lead and coach branch targets and performance across staff
- Create strong plans for staff absence and future planning for employee growth
- Drive performance to achieve business targets and outcomes
- Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for our team members
- Develop and implement operational plans to enhance business performance
- Monitor and report on performance against Goverment KPIs
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to support our business values
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in Employment Services specifically Job Active, Workforce Australia or commercial recruitment
- Demonstrated managerial experience, with a track record of success
- Strong ability to manage and monitor outcomes, targets, budgets, and KPIs
- Advanced interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving
- A commitment to delivering high-quality employment outcomes
