This role is the dream gig for a seasoned hospitality professional who is looking to take the next step in their hospitality career. An experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Hospitality business.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to join our team in Hawthorn East. Our ideal candidate will be experienced, passionate, and driven to deliver the ultimate customer experience through strong leadership.
This is a full-time position 5 days a week with a competitive salary. We can offer flexibility in days worked for the right candidate.
The role:
- Be responsible for the team and general venue operation
- Contribute to the business planning and decision making
- Drive and maintain standards and systems within the venue
You’ll be perfect for this role if you have:
- A passion for great coffee, delicious food & outstanding customer service.
- At least two years’ experience in a similar venue management role.
- Strong all-round FOH skills.
- A passion for creating the ultimate customer experience.
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to meet & surpass KPIs.
- Both an ability and enthusiasm to manage systems & software.
- Current RSA Certificate.
- Opening & Closing of the venue.
