You will need to have Energy, Drive, Enthusiasm and Excellent Interpersonal Skills to be able to lead a team to service the needs of our customers. This includes maintaining a strong focus on enhancing opportunities within your region to achieve our overall operational and financial goals.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous experience in the following areas.
- Maintain a safe work environment for yourself, your staff, contractors and customers.
- Previous experience in the Plant & Equipment Hire industry and a broad product knowledge of plant and equipment operation and purpose.
- Leadership skills
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure our customer's expectations are met or exceeded.
- Organisational, planning and prioritising.
- Identify cost efficiencies and process improvement opportunities within your designated area.
For the successful applicant a favourable salary package will be negotiated based upon previous experience in a similar role, product and industry knowledge and people management experience.
