Quest Personnel are an Australian owned labour hire and workforce management firm with 7 office locations nationally and thousands of workers under our management deployed across the manufacturing and logistics industries nationally. We are looking to capitalise on this next stage of growth through expanding our presence in Brisbane Australia.
This role has a high level of growth potential with a direct scope to move into regional management and spearhead the opening of additional regional office locations.
Your duties as Branch Manager will include:
- To motivate, lead and direct the branch staff creating a positive culture and working environment.
- Identifying business opportunities and areas for growth
- Manage relationships with key clients in the area
- Assist with recruitment activity as required
- Conduct regular client site visits
- Solve problems as they arise
- Improve operational efficiency of your team
- Constantly drive to increase sale volumes
We are looking for an experienced manager with previous experience managing a team of people in any industry. Recruitment industry experience and/or industrial experience is great, but not at all essential. We want someone who:
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Flexible and adaptable to handle high pressure and stressful. situations, excellent time management, accompanied by a high level of resilience.
- Hold a current Australian drivers license and own vehicle
- Can drive a team to perform and succeed
- Has experience managing people and is a strong leader
- Is able to make quick decisions
- Understands how to run an effective team and drive performance
- Is a strong operator, knows where things can be improved and increase efficiency.
- Is happy to attend sales meetings to assist in bringing on new business
