What will your day look like?
- Implement strong sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Identify and develop key potential areas of growth
- Lead and mentor employees to achieve individual and team success (sales, recruitment and administration)
- Develop and maintain client facing relationships
- Set and achievement of budgets
- Health and safety initiatives in partnership with Regional Risk Manager
