As the Branch Manager, your main responsibilities are accountability for the health & safety of our team members, contractors and customers as well as the profitable operation of the store and its achievement of targets and budget objectives.
What you'll do
Achieve sales to budget and meet financial targets
Lead and manage a team across retail expectations and dispatch teams
Manage operating costs
Succeed with daily and forecasted Inventory control
Manage operational standards for the branch
Grow and manage customer base, providing excellent customer service
Maintain open lines of communication both within the branch and with stakeholders across the business
What you'll bring
Previous experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of wholesale / retail operations within grocery /Confectionery or Hospitality (Foodservice & Liquor) industry
Previous dispatch/logistics experience
Customer Centric Focus
Solid leadership skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Knowledge of WHS polices and procedures
