To support further growth across our operations the WA team is on the hunt for a new Branch Manager to join our dynamic team in Henderson!

Based in our Henderson Head Office and reporting to our Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Driving operational performance improvements within the Recruitment, Allocation and Mobilisation functions of the WA business
- Conducting regular 1 on 1 catch ups, performance reviews and team meetings with the WA Operations team
- Work in conjunction with other business leaders to align operational processes across the business
- Delivering allocated sections of the strategic growth plan
- Assisting BD team in winning new contracts, introducing potential prospects and managing existing client relationships
- Managing WA P&L in line with financial targets
- Building and fostering strong relationships with PGC Field employees and clients
- Managing injuries and HSE performance of the WA business
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Formal qualification in business (Desirable but not essential)
- 3-5 years' experience managing teams within the Labour Hire / recruitment industry
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Strong network within the WA resource and construction industries
- High level of computer literacy and systems understanding
- High regard for customer service
- Proven operational performance improvement
- Be a proactive People Leader with a personable & down to earth nature
