Trojan Recruitment Group has a unique opportunity for a Recruitment Professional with experience in senior roles, to join our team in a Branch leadership role in Adelaide.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Providing leadership and coaching support for the team to achieve outcomes
- Promote and mentor a sales culture within the team driving new business
- Explore, identify, create, and pursue opportunities to develop and grow the business
- Preparation and delivery of Tender, EOI and Capability Presentations to win new business
- Ensuring high level servicing of client accounts and managing relationships
- Leading strategies to develop new business opportunities
- Working with other teams within Trojan to implement innovation and initiatives to create efficiencies to support the growth of the business while supporting the needs of our clients
- Providing operational support to maintain compliance, standards, and adherence to the quality framework.
- Creating a culture that places a high value on candidate care, management, and support
Your skills and experience will include:
- A min previous 5 years’ experience in a leadership / senior role within the recruitment sector
- Previous experience managing and motivating a team
- Proven sales and business development experience and strategies
- Can successfully develop new business pipeline
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
- Excellent end to end recruitment process skills – candidate to client
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Experience in tenders and capability presentations process
- Hold a current Drivers’ Licence and have own reliable transport
