About the role
Based in the Balter Head Office located in Currumbin, on the Gold Coast, you will be responsible for representing and supporting the Balter sales team.
The Balter Field Sales Manager has the overall responsibility of leading, coaching & managing the Balter Field Sales Team to deliver against the On Premise & Retail business plan, including the effective management of route to market across Australia.
Together with the team, the Field Sales Manager optimises sales and brand awareness of Balter within the On Premise & Retail channel.
Some stuff you’ll be doing
- Lead, coach & manage the Balter Field Sales Team to ensure a high-performance culture & level of execution within the team.
- Responsible for volume & distribution growth in line with business targets linked to strategic business priorities and business KPI’s.
- Measuring, evaluating & reporting on business unit performance in line with business plan
- Execution of independent & route to market business plan across On Premise & Retail channel.
- Planning & execution of all Core Beer & Limited Release Programs
- Budget ownership & management.

About you
- Self-motivated with bucket loads of energy and enthusiasm
- Strong industry knowledge, contacts and experience in designated market
- Natural leadership skills and ability to gain results through others
- Preferably you hold a Bachelor degree and at least 2 years experience in sales
- Proven track record of sales success with a basic understanding of commercial maths
- You have a strong work ethic, are self motivated, reliable and persistent
