We have an excellent opportunity to join us as a Branch Manager Wielding, be directly accountable for the overall P&L performance of the WA Branch network, ensure compliance and safety, deliver a sustained improvement in sales revenue and customer satisfaction
Additional responsibilities in this role also include:
- You will deliver sales and growth outcomes by close management and connection to the sales and service teams, performance management to targets, appropriate field activity, growth focus, customer retention and pricing / margin performance
- You will closely work with our suppliers to maintain appropriate close relationships to ensure SPW has access to the world’s best brands and work with the SPW Product Manager and BOC Procurement to secure and maintain best in class supply and pricing
- Contributing to the overall performance of the South Pacific Welding business and as a senior member of the management team
- You will manage a culture of high performance in the region and ensuring team members are selected, trained and developed to be safe, proactive & positive in all aspects of their roles
- Work with our suppliers to maintain appropriate close relationships to ensure SPW has access to the world’s best brands and work with the SPW Product Manager and BOC Procurement to secure and maintain best in class supply and pricing
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- You will have demonstrated continual success in a mentorship role (including P&L accountability)
- A relevant bachelor level (or above) business or engineering qualification
- Proven experience delivering overall results through close management of team member targets
- You have proven coaching skills to drive consistent performance & measured results delivery
- Experience with customer relationships and negotiation of large supply agreements
