Our client is a major player in the retail dealership scene, with locations in almost every capital city of Australia. They sell and service a wide range of major franchise Trucks and Commercial Vehicles.

About the role
Due to some recent changes, a new position has come up to lead one of their dealerships located in Mount Gambier, South Australia. As such, we are looking to speak with experienced Branch Manager, Service Managers or Parts Managers or similar to join the team and undertake what will surely be a rewarding challenge.
You will need to be hands-on, results driven and keen to show what you can do and run the business as if it's your own. Customer service is paramount, and you will ensure that your team delivers top quality service to their valued clients.
There are currently six staff at the branch, so you will be a "jack of all trades", with a particular focus on Parts and Service sales and growing the business as a whole.
Ideally you will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a small team or branch
• Truck, Farm Machinery or other Capital Equipment Parts or Service experience
• Experience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
• Strong computer literacy skills with exposure to industry leading Dealer Management Systems

Previous exposure to Trucks in a retail or wholesale environment is a requirement for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as Kenworth, Volvo, Western Star, MAN, Mercedes Benz Trucks, Fuso, Iveco, Hino, Isuzu, Scania, Freightliner or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
An excellent remuneration package, comprising of a healthy retainer, bonus system and car allowance will be offered to the successful candidate.
