Your new role awaits:
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.
Leading a team of 10-13 direct reports at our Mulgrave Engineering Solutions Branch and reporting to our Hub Manager, you will need to be passionate about customer sales and service, focus on leading a team that provides value, contribute to the branch success, and make a difference!
- Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customers
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Mulgrave Transport and Yard Team.
- Oversight of complete cost control for the transport side of our Mulgrave Branch
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service - you know that a happy customer will be a returning customer and enjoy helping everyone deliver on targets.
- Create the best solution / outcome for our customers and internal stakeholders.
About you:
Ideally you will have experience in a similar position, where your diverse leadership skills have engaged teams to perform at their best, including:
- Customer Service and Administration management experience
- Logistics or Transport Management experience is essential
- Current forklift ticket is highly desirable
- Previous team leadership experience, developing a ‘One Team', cohesive mindset
- A track record of delivering on customer service KPIs
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- Strong computer literacy, including customer databases and Microsoft Office Suite
