About the role
As a green field start-up, this is an opportunity to further grow an already established network of sites across the Eastern seaboard of Australia. You will be tasked to identify a suitable site and establish a new branch, rolling up your sleeves and proactively taking the goal from paper to a fully established and operational branch. Working closely with the National branch manager and directors, you will be supported in all aspects from leasing agreements, store layout and installation to marketing and staff development. There is already established work and opportunity in the region which will support the branch once operational.
Duties

• Identify, fit out and establish a new branch
• Be hands-on and proactive in all stages of site development and future business growth
• Manage budgets, prepare and provide weekly and monthly general reports
• Set operational procedures and structures for your branch
• Identify and maintain stock required for your location

Skills and Experience

• Have a track record of branch growth and leadership
• Have a desire to create, roll up your sleeves and develop a green field site
• Be commercially skilled with sales, pricing and budgets
• Desirably you will have an understanding of agricultural, grower or industrial irrigation and pumping
