About the role:
MooGoo Skin Care is on the hunt for a dynamic and hands-on Campaigns & Content Manager to join our passionate and growing Online team. This position plays a pivotal role in steering the campaigns and content creation for predominantly our AU market, but also globally. Operating like an in-house marketing agency, the MooGoo online team amalgamates key social and eCommerce channels and initiatives to position MooGoo as Australia’s leading brand for sensitive skin. As a key and experienced figure within the team, you will closely collaborate with the Head of Marketing to implement strategies aimed at enhancing brand presence, fostering category growth and advancing the overarching marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the execution of brand and content lead marketing tactics, including consumer-marketing (emails & SMS), key social media channels (Meta, Instagram & Tik Tok) – all connected to a concise marketing calendar
- Ability to capture and create content singlehandedly for topical content that contributes to organic and paid distribution for the brand – including copywriting, statics and video
- Assist in strategies to grow email database and loyalty/ membership program
- Involvement in forming design briefs to in-house Art Director for concepting, briefing and execution of content, campaign and brand projects to deliver across all online channel needs
- Collaborate with CEO & Head of Marketing to ensure alignment for success across all business objectives and set growth targets.
- Act as a lead to Community Management with the assistance of Marketing Coordinator and Content Lead to nurture our ever-growing UGC and influencer program, globally (adapted with market appropriateness) – with content contribution as key pillars to major online campaigns.

- Drive the the delivery of quality and volume of content across key channels, spotlighting the MooGoo catalogue and key categories, for audience and sales growth amongst key buying personas.
- Embody a highly self-motivated, ‘can do’ attitude that supports the entire online marketing team.
- Creative thinker who will run campaign brainstorm workshops with the team for major campaigns
- The delivery of campaign-related content, including promotions, email copy, landing pages, and social media content to feed ongoing organic and paid social media calendars.
- Ability to use content creation tools for social posts or simple video executions (Canva, Adobe, social app native content tools etc.)
Who are we looking for:
- Candidate who has completed a Marketing, Business or Digital degree.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, in the eCommerce industry.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and the digital ecosystem that drives it – particularly for content success in organic and paid.
- Robust understanding & experience with brand, content, positioning and campaigns execution, with understanding of how it influences the consumer.
- Someone who isn’t afraid of creating content themselves and being a social media Face and ‘voice’ of the brand.
- Someone who has experience with ideation and execution for compelling concepts and copy across social, video and web, with a solely in-house team (we’re proud and somewhat unique in the fact that we do not engage external creative or media agencies!).
- Basic understanding of social performance media buying and reporting and experience in Facebook/ Meta Business Manager, Tik Tok Ad Manager will be highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills that drive marketing success against business outcomes.
- Creative thinker who can spark market opportunities with the team, and leverage it to drive campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Brand advocate who has an interest in Skin Care.
