We're looking for a 'Brand Designer' to join our awesome creative team. Whether you're in the middle of your career or have plenty of experience under your belt, we'd love to hear from you. This role is not for a ‘junior’. Your salary will depend on the level at which you join us.

The Opportunity

As a Brand Designer, your primary focus will be on designing the appearance and marketing collateral of the brands we work with. You’ll work with the brand strategies we create with clients and develop creative ways to express them. Some days you’ll be designing brand identity systems across print and digital mediums, other days you might be developing advertising campaigns, designing a website or developing packaging. You’ll be the driving force behind all of the projects you’re working on, and often work closely with clients. All of your work will help our amazing clients develop brands their customers love, make their competitors jealous and their people really proud.

What we're looking for:

• You need the legal right to live and work in Australia
• You’re Melbourne-based
• Whether you're very experienced or in the middle of your career, you're a great designer who is a thinker first. You can share examples of brand identity systems and brand collateral that you have developed yourself for real clients
• We’re also looking for very good English-language writing abilities and fine attention to detail. Words matter in the work we do.
• You're passionate, but not precious - we’re a small and very collaborative team that is constantly working to make each other better
• You’ll obviously be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite
