We're partnering with one of Australia's leading Insurance firms to assist in finding a leading International Marketing Manager who will work to build out a roadmap for the business to attract international custom from migrants immigrating to Australia and visitors from overseas.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop advertising strategies by translating data-driven insights (including consumer, competitor, category, media) into plans that deliver acquisition and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on a multicultural strategy and member experience and bring this to life across advertising assets and touchpoints.
- Lead the briefing, development, execution, and go-to-market of impactful creative advertising campaigns that build brand equity and deliver marketing objectives
- Be the custodian of audience and cultural insights for the International Business audiences. Ensure they are up to date and work closely with partners such as SBS to translate or translate these into advertising assets that resonate.
- Support the cross-functional team in providing advertising collateral for future channel expansion such as migrant agents and students.
- Partner with the media team on international advertising plans including relevant platforms and channels to reach key audiences.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as media, brand, member marketing, product and digital to align and deliver advertising activity and campaigns.
- Collaborate with external creative agencies from briefing to execution of advertising material.
- Manage relationships with external distribution partners as International Business grows across new channels.
- Lead measurement and reporting for International Business including campaign, creative, competitor and business reporting. Identify opportunities, undertake timely optimisation where necessary and cascade insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Meticulously manage projects and budgets to ensure transparency of milestones, roles & responsibilities, tracking and timely delivery.
To be considered, you'll need to have:
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, advertising/marketing or related field/s.
- Minimum of between 5 or more years’ experience in a Marketing Manager role with agency management experience.
- Proficiency in Mandarin / Cantonese / Hindi or Punjabi
- Previous experience working with Multicultural, Overseas Visitors Insurance or International Students.
- Strong background in marketing, campaign planning and creative production across offline and online touchpoints.
- A creative mindset with a proven record of translating an insight into an idea and bringing it to life in market.
- Well-developed project management skills, adept at multi-tasking under pressure and a track record of delivery.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to nuance messaging of complex topics for different audiences.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills. Ability to build strong relationships with peers, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Budgeting and reporting experience.
- Experience in working with internal media teams or external media agencies to deliver campaigns.
