Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Product Design, Branding, Communications and Marketing Activities. This is a key leadership position within the company, requiring a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and market acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the product design and development process, ensuring alignment with market trends and brand values.
• Lead the branding and marketing activities, crafting strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Manage pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning and profitability. 
• Develop and execute consumer communications strategy based on consumer insight, including brand marketing master plans, communication ideas, major campaigns, and consumer promotions.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. 
• Manage and optimize digital marketing or advertising campaigns across various platforms
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
• Foster and maintain relationships with European markets, leveraging contacts to expand our market reach.
• Collaborate with internal steakholders and external partners to ensure product excellence and brand consistency.
• Oversee and direct photoshoots and the visual presentation of the brand online and in other media.

Required Skills/Qualifications / Experience 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline such as Management, Marketing, Communications and Public Relations
• 3+ years’ proven experience in product design, branding, and marketing within a relevant industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong network and contacts within European markets is a plus.
