As a leading provider and manufacturer of detox and gut health products, our headquarters in Morningside, QLD serve as the hub for the brand and our in house colon hydrotherapy clinic, Bayside Colonics. The Happy Bum Co provides natural relief to those suffering with constipation, IBS, bloating and other chronic health conditions linked to toxicity in the body. You will work alongside our Director and Founder who is a leader in the gut health industry, started the company based on her own personal health journey and will teach you everything you need to know for success in this space.
Role Overview:
As a Brand and Business Developement Manager at Happy Bum Co, you will be at the forefront of driving our brand forward alongside our Director. You'll develop and execute dynamic marketing plans to support our sales, boost visibility on social media and meet brand objectives, ensuring that Happy Bum Co continues to stand out as the leader in a developing and competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly grasp our business objectives and develop marketing and communication strategies to support them.
- Write and implement all email marketing campaigns, flows and promotions
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and activities. (Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Website, Facebook, etc)
- Provide comprehensive marketing direction and support for all departments, enhancing their ability to achieve goals.
- Develop, roll out, and manage innovative marketing strategies and campaigns, covering website marketing, social media, print media, affiliates, wholesalers and strategic partnerships.
- Film, create and schedule all social media content across all platforms.
- Assist with Ad creation for Facebook, Pinterest and Tiktok alongside our Advertising team.
- Gain visibility for the brand through engaging with our affiliates and enhancing influencer marketing
- Increase wholesale business and increase placement for the brand through strategic partnerships and outreach
- Quickly learn the values of our customers, and have a knack for story telling. Our brand is real, raw and authentic.
- Assist with updates to brand website (Shopify)
- Utilise analytics and insights to inform future campaigns and marketing planning.
Key Requirements:
- You truly align and believe in Happy Bum Co's mission
- Tertiary qualification (preferred) in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing including some management experience.
- Familiarity with website management and Shopify
- Proven experience managing and creating high level, engaging social media content
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong time management skills, including effective prioritisation.
- Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Collaborative team player who welcomes and contributes to shared ideas.
- Creative, thinks outside the box and enjoys a challenge.
