Role Overview:
As a Brand Manager at Zombie Labs, you will be at the forefront of driving our brand forward alongside our marketing co-ordinator. You'll develop and execute dynamic marketing plans to support our sales and brand objectives, ensuring that Zombie Labs continues to stand out in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly grasp our business objectives and develop marketing and communication strategies to support them.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and activities.
- Provide comprehensive marketing support for all departments, enhancing their ability to achieve goals.
- Develop, roll out, and manage innovative marketing strategies and campaigns, covering website marketing, social media, print media, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee all events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage content creation and updates for our brand website.
- Utilise analytics and insights to inform future campaigns and marketing planning.
Key Requirements:
- You live and breathe the Zombie Labs lifestyle
- Tertiary qualification (preferred) in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing including some management experience.
- Proven experience in website development and implementation (Shopify)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong time management skills, including effective prioritisation.
- Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Collaborative team player who welcomes and contributes to shared ideas.
