and expansion. We are seeking a dynamic Digital Brand Manager to join our team and drive our
brand presence and sales both online and offline.
Position Overview
The Digital Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the brand management of AAV4x4. This role involves managing website sales, handling website chat inquiries, creating and managing Facebook posts, engaging with members of relevant Facebook groups, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes supporting telephone inquiries and contributing to showroom sales as we expand our physical presence.
Key Responsibilities
∙Brand Management:
∙Develop and execute strategies to enhance AAV4x4's brand presence online and offline.
∙Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms and customer
touchpoints.
∙Website Sales and Inquiries:
∙Manage and optimize website sales processes to drive revenue growth.
∙Respond to customer inquiries via website chat promptly and professionally.
∙Social Media Management:
∙Create, schedule, and manage engaging Facebook posts that resonate with our audience.
∙Monitor and participate in relevant Facebook groups, providing helpful and
informative responses to members' questions.
∙Promote AAV4x4 products in a helpful manner, aiming to assist and educate rather than overtly pushing sales.
∙Customer Engagement:
∙Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and group members through proactive and responsive communication.
∙Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations.
∙Telephone and Showroom Support:
∙Assist with overflow telephone calls, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently.
∙Support showroom sales efforts, contributing to the overall customer experience in our new physical location.
∙Collaboration and Reporting:
∙Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
∙Provide regular reports on digital performance, customer engagement, and sales metrics.
Qualifications
∙A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a bonus.
∙Proven experience in digital brand management, social media management, and customer service.
∙Strong understanding of online sales processes and e-commerce platforms.
∙Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∙Proficiency in using social media management tools and CRM systems.
∙Passion for off-road vehicles and the automotive industry is a plus.
