We are delighted to partner with William Grant & Sons on a rare opportunity for a Brand Manager to join the Challenger team, working closely with the Marketing Manager on an exciting portfolio of brands that are disrupting the market. Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager for the Challenger Portfolio, the Brand Manager will play an integral role in consolidating and refining the marketing approach for the suite of brands, including Monkey Shoulder & Sailor Jerry. This role will drive sustainable brand growth, lead innovative NPD solutions, and own brand advocacy activities in line with Global Marketing objectives.
Core focuses of the role will include:
- Champion Brand Growth: Drive sustainable brand growth, brand equity, consumer commitment and brand profitability through disruptive and engaging consumer and channel programmes across all brands.
- Insights & Innovation: Be continuously alert to changes, issues and opportunities in the market, evaluate & recommend innovative solutions, and drive New Product Development solutions for the brands.
- Marketing Strategy Execution: Support the development and delivery of local implementation of the Global Marketing Strategy for the brands through strong project management, financial planning and effective direction of brand advocacy activity.
Candidate
The successful candidate will be self-driven and intuitive, with a curiosity to innovate, create, and challenge the status quo. You will have the confidence to ask questions, manage up, and cross-collaborate, regardless of seniority. Experience in FMCG liquor businesses, with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management, will be highly regarded.
