The Role:
A rare but exciting contract opportunity to join a passionate, forward-thinking marketing team of 12. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for championing an amazing portfolio of brands for the Asia/Pacific region.
The Scope:
- Effectively manage and execute brand plans and marketing initiatives with a strong social/digital focus - consumer and trade
- Manage external agencies to facilitate integrated comms plans
- Champion brand image and activity across all channels
- Provide market analysis and category insights
- Ensure all brand initiatives, programs and activities comply with relevant guidelines, standards, and regulations
- Work closely with sales, category as well as external agencies to manage the delivery of marketing activities
- Manage budgets, timelines and all legal and regulatory approvals
- Previous brand management experience, ideally in the FMCG or healthcare category with 3+ years experience at BM level.
- A proven track record managing external agencies/stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously.
- A hands-on, muck in attitude with the ability to operate at pace in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Experience working with regulatory bodies and a strong eye for detail
- You enjoy working autonomously whilst collaborating with wider teams
- Confident, proactive and personable - a team player with passion and commitment.
Salary : $110 - $120k pro rata.
Hybrid 3:2 Onsite / WFH (Sydney location essential)
