Your Opportunity... Brand Manager Innovation Lead: MILO.An exciting opportunity exists within our Dairy Team for a Brand Manager Innovation MILO.Are you passionate about uncovering consumer insights to drive innovation? And exceptional at cross-functional project leadership that delivers complex projects by inspiring close collaboration across our functional experts?We are looking for the right person to accelerate our innovation program, leading the development and execution of game changing MILO innovation as well as fuelling the innovation funnel and always looking to improve our ways of working.You will work closely with our expert functional teams and the local and global stakeholders to deliver innovation that delights consumers and retailers.This is a particularly dynamic Business Unit where strategy, innovation and communication are developed locally while working closely with internal and global stakeholders.What will make you successful?

  • We are looking for someone who is dynamic, upholds high integrity and has passion for what they do along with a healthy curiosity.
  • You will have exceptional skills at building internal and external relationships, leading and influencing a cross functional group to deliver projects.
  • You will be an expert in time management able to demonstrate skills in managing multiple deliverables and will be an experienced presenter and storyteller.
  • You will be driven by creating best practice in your projects, supporting the team in a culture of continual improvement.
  • You will also enjoy raising the profile of our work in the business.
  • You will be confident building relationships both face to face and virtually across a global cross-functional team of peers and stakeholders.
  • You will have superior presenting, writing and analytic skills, along with experience in a fast-paced FMCG business.
  • You will be tertiary qualified and have demonstrable commercial and financial acumen.
