Description
As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the development of the annual marketing plan for their luxury restaurant portfolio, working in close collaborative with the Head of Marketing, CEO and COO. Along with this you will be responsible for:
Be the key stakeholder between restaurant teams and the marketing department to ensure the marketing activity is effective, collaborative, and implemented correctly.
Work with external parties including PR agencies, creative partners, and merchandise partners to execute the required marketing activity.
Work closely with department leaders to identify proactive opportunities and planned promotions.
Manage and report on campaign activities, ensuring activity is meets agreed KPIs and budget parameters.
Support the Head of Marketing with workflow and productivity across the wider team.
Develop and maintain relationships within the industry including media partners, bodies and KOLs.
Profile
Roughly 5 years of experience in a similar Brand Management position.
Worked within a multi brand agency or an in house position with a focus on luxury (luxury alcohol or brands for example).
An understanding of the hospitality landscape in Australia.
Strong relationship building skills and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.
