We are on the lookout for a dynamic, experienced, and versatile Branding Manager as part of the organization’s marketing team, working closely within the marketing team from different time zones to implement marketing activities to oversea countries.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the ideal candidate with have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring an overseas team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Summary 

The brand manager's objective is to actively contribute to the development of the brand marketing strategy, collaborate closely with the brand director to break down the strategy into actionable tasks, and work in partnership with local teams and various internal departments to execute marketing initiatives. 

To excel, the brand manager must have a strong command of marketing channels, be attentive to market signals to effectively assess channel performance and collect feedback data to facilitate agile adaptations that keep the initiatives aligned with the strategy and budget.

The brand manager will drive cost efficiency by analyzing the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimize resource allocation, and providing recommendations to improve cost effectiveness while still achieving brand objectives.

Job Descriptions:

   Campaign Development and Management:

  1. Possess a strong understanding of various marketing channels, such as social media, email, search engine marketing, influencer marketing, and more, to leverage the strengths of each channel and achieve the brand's marketing objectives.
  2. Uncover niche markets with substantial untapped potential through thorough research and vigilant pursuit of market gaps and opportunities, craft marketing messages that are creatively tailored to resonate deeply with those niche audiences, and generate innovative and eye-catching marketing ideas that are distinctly appealing and perfectly matched to the particular desires of those niches
  3. Developing the brand strategy and creating marketing campaigns with clear timelines and actionable steps.
  4. Develop and implement a PR matrix, as well as plan and organize various PR-themed events.
  5. Develop and oversee creative strategies for hard advertising campaigns across television, outdoor, and radio platforms. 
  6. Develop video related campaign strategies, oversee video production, and analyze performance to optimize for maximum brand channel planning and optimization and develop data-driven user acquisition strategies

Collaboration, Execution and Team Management:

  1. Leveraging and using the assets and qualities of the brand to design, coordinate, and implement a variety of brand events that take place both online and offline over the course of the year. 
  2. Collaborate with mainstream media channels and sponsor parties
  3. Build a brand PR network and handle branding PR crisis
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the brand's search engine optimization (SEO) performance.
  5. Collaborate with the local team and marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  6. Build and manage the local brand team, including recruitment, provide guidance and support setting goals and KPI to ensure continuous improvement.
  7. Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. 
  8. Managing the marketing team's backend permissions to optimize customer acquisition such as landing page, marketing promotions. 
  9. Work closely with marketing multimedia team to concept, produce, and deploy impactful video commercials, striking outdoor advertisements, and compelling radio spots to ensure messaging is consistent across channels while optimized for each medium. 

Market Research and Analysis:

  1. Conduct surveys and maintain close communication with internal departments to gather customer feedback.
  2. Monitor and analyze market feedback, customer response, reviews, engagement metrics, and other relevant data to gain deep insights into the market environment, customer needs, competitors, and the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns.
  3. Utilize research to track and evaluate brand performance and prepare analytical reports for the Senior Brand Manager/Brand Director, including up-to-date industry trends.
  4. Utilizing this information to optimize their strategies and improve overall marketing performance.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of 3 years proven experience in the brand building & management or similar role.
  2. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Marketing certification is an added advantage. 
  3. Highly creative thinking ability with experience in driving successful marketing and branding programs. 
  4. High level of attention to detail in terms of strategy design, content planning and execution.
  5. Familiar with using SEO, network marketing, PR, database marketing, event marketing, and other rich integrated marketing tools to achieve branding goals. 
  6. Proven leader and team player with the ability to lead through influence communication and work effectively both independently and collaboratively within fast-paced, diverse cross-functional teams.
  7. Self-motivated individual with the ability to drive programs and projects with little oversight.
  8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
