Clark Rubber, a 76 year old iconic Australian retailer is looking for a Brand Creative Manager to manage the Brand Creative execution across all channels for the business including Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin and TikTok.
Reporting to the GM Marketing, the primary objectives of the position is:
1. To develop, manage and execute the Brand Creative for all marketing activity in line with brand guidelines and broader marketing and business initiatives.
2. To oversee the creative development and execution of Local Area Marketing (LAM) activities and drive integration with national marketing campaigns.
Some of the key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Brand strategy
- Creation, implementation and ongoing review of brand strategy in line with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Oversight of the execution of all creative materials across all channels to ensure consistency of brand representation.
- Acting as the brand custodian, with responsibility for all brand-related issues.
- Engaging with broader business to ensure buy-in and effective execution of brand across all customer touch points.
2. Activity planning and campaign management
- Development of annual national marketing activity plans in line with strategic brand plans.
- Development, execution and review of all national marketing communications campaigns, catalogue promotions, sponsorships and retail events in line with activity plans, timelines and budget.
- Oversight of catalogue development process and execution of supporting campaigns.
- Campaign media planning and buying, day-to-day media agency management.
- Budget management and reporting on all activities against objectives (KPIs and ROI)
3.Local Area Marketing (LAM)
- Oversight of the development and execution of all LAM activities.
- Driving integration and alignment of LAM activities with national marketing campaigns.
- Budget management and reporting on all activities against objectives (KPIs and ROI)
